Believe you have bought and were cheated by supplier on ECVV.com

Please contact at support@ecvv.com with efficient and complete evidences:

1, link of the supplier on ECVV.com, e.g. http://www.ecvv.com/company/testecvv/index.html,
2, email or MSN chat records between you and the supplier,
3, payment proof sent to the supplier.
As soon as receiving all the above evidences, the fraud will be put on record.

ECVV will confirm the cause of complaint after receiving evidences

After your payment, the supplier does not deliver the goods,
Or you have made your payment, and the supplier has delivered the goods.
But the goods are different from what stated in inquiry?

ECVV will begin to handle the case according to its policies if it is fraud.

1, Lock or delete the accounts of suppliers who defrauded.
2, Inform suppliers of complaint. ECVV will require them to seriously deal with buyer’s complaint, contact with buyer for solving problem as soon and negotiate the solution. For premium members the account will be frozen until the complaint is solved; for free members, the account will be deleted and ECVV will never offer service to these members.
ECVV never participate in the trades or negotiation between both sides.
3, If two parties reach an agreement after negotiation and buyer cancels the complaint initiatively, for premium members the account will be reopened.
During the period, ECVV is not responsible for any loss or problem.

To supplier

If fraud has been confirmed according to the evidences buyer provided, ECVV will take action against fraud.

Lock or delete your ECVV account.

Inform you of complaint. ECVV hope suppliers can seriously deal with buyer’s complaint, contact with buyer for solving problem as soon and negotiate the solution.
ECVV never participate in the trades or negotiation between both sides.

If two parties reach an agreement after negotiation and buyer cancels the complaint initiatively, for premium members ECVV will reopen your accounts; for free members, the account never be reopened again.

If the case is serious and no agreement has been made after negotiating, ECVV will transfer the fraud to Industrial and Commercial Administrations.
After case being handed over ECVV is not responsible for any loss or problem.
