Danyang Jincheng Medical Rubber&Plastics Co., Ltd. is located in Danyang city Jiangsu Province which is near Shanghai, Nanjing and Changzhou City. It is one of the famous medical rubber company in China, its original Danyang Sealing Products Factory which have been established since 1990. Through our effort for nearly 20 years, the company has owned 250 employees and 20 engineer technicians with more than 130, 000 square meters area.
Medical Rubber piston and other rubber components are the principle products that our company manufactures. Annual output of rubber pistons is 2, 000 million pieces and 60% have been exported successfully to Turkey, German, Hungary, Egypt, India, Korea and so on. Our products have passed the test conducted by the State Medical High Polymer Testing Center and all of them reach the standard of DIN 58637 YY/T0243-2003.
Recent years we have imported many machines such as Vulcanizating machine, cutting machine and so on. At present we have developed with a 10, 0000 grade clean room. Also we own a chemical test center to inspect finished products and research more diversified rubber series. Until now we have gained member of honors such as Contract-Abiding& Trustworthy Enterprise of China, Certificate of Quality Management System for Medical Devices, Province Famous Superior Enterprises. Meanwhile, we have passed ISO 9000and got CE recognition which give more green lights to open European and other developed countries.
