Our company is located in Huashi Town of Jiangyin City in Jiangsu Province, an area with very noticeable advantages in transportation, material acquiring, science and technology development and information access.
Covering an area of 20, 000 square meters, our company currently boasts a domestically advanced PP spun-bonded non-woven fabric production line with a breadth of 3. 2m and an annual production capacity of 2, 500 metric tons.
Our company mainly manufactures PP spun-bonded non-woven fabric, which is widely used for farming harvest cloth, disposable products in the medical care industry, furniture linings, gift packaging, shopping bags and auxiliary clothes for various garments. Moreover, our subsidiary, Jiangyin Xinde Plastic Co., Ltd., has successfully developed special materials for blow melted non-woven cloth. The melt flowing index can be controlled within 400g/10min and 800g/10min, and this product has been trial used and tested by non-woven cloth manufacturers with 2. 4m and 1. 6m blow melting equipment.
Jiangyin Xinde Plastic Co., Ltd. also developed our XD-S1000 series products in August of 2004; these items have a melt flowing index that can be controlled at around 1000g/10min. The production suits 2. 4m blow melting production lines in order to lower power consumption and raise yield. Our company also supplies temperature-decreasing master batches, which can improve the PP flowing index. These products are mainly used in yarns, spun-bonded non-woven cloth and blowing filters.
