Relying on a few years of great effort, our company has initially been a precise plastic mold factory specializing in the design and manufacture of plastic molds, oil paintings and silk screens, bronzing of plastic products and surface sand-spray of plastic molds.
Our company has passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification by introducing advanced national and international management experience and process techniques. We ensure standardization and rationalization from mold design to manufacture process and standard management of plastic molding products by using AutoCAD, MasterCAM and Pro-E systems to design and program.
Our main products are injection molds of kinds of electrical products, auto parts, medical accessories, office parts. 60% clients of our company are Japanese companies. Our molding materials are qualified molding steel materials from Japanese Datong Company and Sweden ASSAB Company.
In 2004, our company set up hardware spring department, focusing on manufacturing various molding springs and machine springs.
