Established in 1992, OuBeiDe currently covers a total area of 50,000 square meters with 28,000 square meters of factory buildings. The enterprise's fixed asset records RMB 60 million employing a staff of 650.The enterprise comprises two departments respectively in charge of weaving and printing. The former owns 232 sets of various looms turning out daily 60,000 meters of textile. These looms include 72 sets of air-jet looms made by Toyota Japan (with 210 cm and 230 cm),100 sets of domestic water-jet looms(width 100 cm),60 sets of gripper looms (width 330 cm) as well as a set of Tsudakoma-500 sizing machine and the related auxiliary equipment such as double-twisting machines. The Printing Department now has 72 dyeing vessels and 7 sets of setting machines with auxiliary equipment capable of processing 400,000 meters of textile daily.
