Hengteli Metal Products Co.,ltd is a is a family owned Private Corporation established in 1995. Located in famous beautiful city---Wuxi, occupied more than 25,000 square meters.
The main products are iron-base, copper-base, stainless-steel Powder Metallurgy products, which are widely used in automobile, motorcycle, household appliance, power tool, office machine and so on .Most of parts are export to overseas markets such as America, Europe and so on. All products are made according to professional standards and the demands of customers.
Our company has completed production equipment and inspection facilities. There抮e more than 150 sets equipments, including all kinds of 5T-630T presses, mesh, belt conveyor furnace and some modernization mould process equipments. Some are introduced from foreign counties. Our mechanical and hydraulic press equipment can make a range of part sizes and shapes, SPC is performed on all process variables during pressing. Parts are produced to a CPK of 1.34 or better.
We also have a capable of staff. It consists of 230 skilled workers, fifteen experienced technical developers. All of these with our up-to-date facilities make it possible for us to assure you of our high-quality products and prompt delivery.
In recent years, we paid attention to technical progress and new products developing., and now we have developed several high and new technology products.
