The tempered glass manufacturing system combines 2 vertical tempered glass lines and 2 flat tempered lines which are able to manufacture flat and bending tempered glass with thickness from 3mm to 19mm, max dimension 2400mm X 3600mm. Curvature more than R300mm and arch less than 100mm. And laminated equipment.
The laminated glass product line is equipped with darkroom, plate making and silk screen printing outfit. The laminated glass product line is able to manufacture flat and bending laminated glass with max dimension 2500mm X 4000mm X 35mm.
The insulated glass product line is expected to manufacture 6A, 9Aand12A insulated glass. The safe glass quality inspection system contains ten standards including optics, mechanics, simulated environment, ect and is very capable of quality control and product research.
The mirror production lines can manufacture quality silver or aluminium mirrorwith 20000 square meters per day. Pattern glass production lines can manufacture leaf, flora, cloud, algae, chanshala, mistlite, gingosh, crystal, diamond, etc. The tinted glass production lines can produce white, green, blue, bronze, coffee, shades, grey etc.
There are also bullet-proof glass/wire glass/coated glass/reflective glass/heat-bending glass productions.
