R&D Introduction
We have lots of technicians which are working in our R&D center, one group is working for our die tooling shop,Die and tooling are the most critical part of aluminum extrusion. Our die shop makes dies with state of art computerized equipments, which ensures the die to be run properly fit to each individual extrusion press. We always work closely with our client to particular operational needs so completely that there is no room for guessing, no chance of error. We understand how important the dimensions are to architect, so we always analyze all dimensions and tolerances, assemble mating parts by computer to catch potential mistakes before making any tooling. We also make suggestions to drawing designs so that profiles can fit to architect structural design while suitable to extrusion process.
