Zirconia Aluminium Oxide

Zirconia aluminium oxide is fused with aluminium oxide and zirconia, mixing with other additives. It has stable chemical and physical properties, It is a kind of high-class abrasive and ideal advanced refractory material. The product properties is as following:
White Aluminum Oxide

It is used to grind hardened alloy steel,hight-speed steel,high-carbon steel and
stainless steel. Abrasive powders of finer grits are preferred for precision grinding.
flap discs

It has two big kind: Browm Aluminum oxide with glass fiber backing or Resin fiber backing, Zirconium Aluminum oxide with glass fiber backing or Resin fiber backing. It has kinds of specifications, including different diameters(100mm, 115mm, 125mm, 125mm, 150mm, 180mm) , layers(6-10layers) , etc.

Usage: It can be applied to grinding kinds of steel, cast, wood, etc.
Brown Aluminum Oxide

It is fused with first-class raw materials and 10000KVA tilting furnace, used to grind metals of high-tensile strength such as steel,annealed ma- lleable ironand hard bronze.It can also be used as high class refractory.
