(formerly named Fujian Xianyou Dongfen Chemical Fertilizer Factory) is the biggest peptone manufacturer on the southeast coast of China, and our products are well sold at home and abroad. Inviting bio-engineering experts as technical directors and adopting the leading method, we are mainly engaged in the development of animal meat and bone products. We now have 60 employees, 1 of them are senior engineer, 2 are bio-engineering experts and 15 are managers.
Our main products are Peptone and Polypeptide powder. Covering a floor space of of 10,000 sq.m, our company is equipped with complete manufacturing facilities including cooking workshop, enzymolysis workshop, concentrating workshop, spraying workshop, drying workshop and laboratories with advanced testing facilities. Moreover, we also purchased other leading equipment, including 1 boiler, 1 heat conductive fluid oven, 2 rotary spherical digesters, 4 filters, 6 enzymolysis jars, 1 vacuum concentration machine and 2 spray towers. These equipment can meet the demands of production, quality and market delivery time, we have good facilities base.
Adopting the leading producing method, all the procedures can meet the production standards. We are working hard to improve these methods too. Our test lab is equipped with leading apparatus, including balance, acidimeter, spectrophotometer, dry box, box furnace, distillation water device, water bath device, incubator, microscope and pressure steam sterilize, etc. They are tested and set by measure station. Complete measure system and leading inspection equipment offer excellent supports for our production level and improvement of products.
We can annually manufacture 2000 tons of spraying-type industrial peptone, 2000 tons of spraying-type feed peptone, 1000 tons of spraying-type biochemical grade peptone and 1,000 tons of Polypeptide powder. All of the technical indexes of our products can meet the company's standards with the advantages of high nitrogen content, medium phosphor content, low ash and water content, as well as high titer etc. Our peptone is light yellow powder, with delicious flavor, its fineness is 70-80 mesh, its protein assay is 30% more than the best fish powder. According to our inspection, it contains 18 kinds of amino acids, thus it can be used as the material of germ culture medium, or used in antibiotics, medicine, ferment industry, biochemicals and microbiology. It is the best material of feed industry for excellent stability and good absorptivity.
