In 2004, we got support from Chemical Department of Nankai University, China Pharmaceutical University, The Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) then set up Ningbo Pangs Fine Chemical. In 2005, we invested Ningbo Top Chemical Ltd.
