Founded in June, 1990, Shandong Zhaoyuan Wenquan Nonwovens Poducts Factory is a private enterprise, which has the advanced production facilities, chiefly producing disposable medical nonwoven products.
Main products: disposable surgical wrap, disposable childbirth wrap, disposable face mask, disposable diaper (for baby, adult and pet)nonwoven bag, disposable drawer, disposable coverall, doctor cap, nurse cap, stretcher cover, shoe covers, cotton swab, disposable gauze, open sheet, disposable apron, disposable CT mattress, disposable underwear and so on.
In 2002, we extended 6600 square meters, and built a new 3000-square-meter workshop according to the first class criterion. We strictly follow the YZB/ Lu 0015-2002 standard in producing, sterilizing, asepsis examination and leaving the factory. We have four production-lines, ensuring the realization of automaticlly producing of mattress, diaper, face mask and cap. Our company succeeded in passing the quality system of Shandong production supervision administration in July, 2002. We had been elected as a Yantai Customers' satisfactory Company twice from 2002 to 2006. We have already passed ISO 9001: 2000 Quality System Certification and ISO 13485: 2003 International Medical Devices Quality System Certification in 2006. Our products have been far sold to Japan, occident countries and Africa.
