In Mold Label(IML for short)
is a labeling technique that is used in blow molded, injection molded and thermoformed containers. It is a pre-decoration technique, which is the application of the label before the container is full. The In Mold Label, which has been finished printing, anti-abrasion and die cutting, is generally placed inside the open mold by robotic arm. Then the label is fused into the product in the forming of the plastic container, just packing the product and then entering the market. The combination between the label and the container is natural and completely becomes a part of the container, which appears "no label look" effect.
Blow mold IML:
Suitable for the plastic containers made by PP,PE, for example, Lubricant oil containers, food products containers, daily commodities containers, etc;
Injection mold IML:
Suitable for plastic products made by PP,PE, such as Ice Cream boxe, Coffee cup, candy boxe, toybox, toolbox, and so on;
