1, Product Range & Capacity:
We manufacture 4~12s T/C natural color, bleached white, gray color yarns, 100% Cotton or 100% Polyester yarns, 7 & 10 Gauge cotton knitted work gloves. We have occupied 120,000 M2 building area and total investment amount reached RMB200,000,000.
1) Polyester Workshop
One full set 1.5D, 38-102mm polyester short fiber production line with 6,000 tons annual output offers us very steady raw material supply.
2) Spinning Workshop
20 sets fully automatic spinning machines, annual output for 4~12s T/C, 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester yarns is 15,000 tons. We have very steady cotton yarn supply to weave different kinds of gloves. Those yarns features good twist and whiteness and the price is reasonable. They are used for different industrial cloth and string knit gloves.
3) Glove Workshop
2000 sets Fully Automatic Seamless SHIMA SEIKI Glove Knitting Machines imported from Japan, annual output reaches 20,000,000 dozens.
4) PVC Dotting Workshop
6 sets PVC dotting lines, annual PVC dotted gloves is 2,000,000 dozens.
