(Serving procedure):
Put appropriate amount of noodle into appropriate boiling water
After 3minutes of cooking with strong fire and change with moderate fire.(You may add some cold water,keep the water boiling till the noodle becomes appropriate taste.)
Add some auxiliary foods and condiments according to your desire.
If frying is desired,cook the noodle up to 80%done and separate from the pot. Process the noodle after rinsing them with cold water.Thus the noodle is more delicious.
