Jinhua Jingxiang Aluminium Composite Panel Making Company is a specialized manufacturer of aluminum-plastic composite panels and pre-coated aluminum coils. Our company is a trustee member of Branch Association of Aluminum and Plastic Composite Material, China Construction Material Industry Association. The Jinxiang aluminum plastic composite panel (also called ACP or ACM) is made of high quality and strictly chosen materials, such as DuPont adhesive polymer membrane with 2 layers of virgin aluminum skin and polyethylene (PE) core or fire retardant (FR) core. The front surface is protected by protective film. For exterior grade Leaptone, the outer skin is coated with KYNAR 500 PVDF fluorocarbon resin which has good weather resistance performance. All range of Leaptone provides 10-15 years warranty.
Our company is now also supplying higher level of ACP, such as brushed, mirror, cross finish, soft gloss, and granite designs. Please refer to our color chart or contact us for more detail.Besides aluminum composite panels, we also supply pre-coated aluminum coils with surface finishes of KYNAR 500 PVDF or polyester resin coating. Our aluminum alloy sheet thicknesses are 0.10mm, 0.12mm, 0.15mm, 0.18mm, 0.20mm, 0.25mm, 0.30mm, 0.35mm, 0.40mm, 0.45mm and 0.50mm.
