The predecessor was trade department of Shanghai ADP International Cargo Co., Ltd. established in October 14, 1994. Before its legistimate registration, it has provided with various types of clients with integrated service of international trade, domestic trade, processing deal trade, international cargo, domestic distribution and etc. for nearly a couple of years. It also has developed long-term partnership with over 60 countries and regions in 5 continents and well kept its stability. The import and export total reached 0.2 billion dollars annually and it also ranked the third in accordance with the drawback volume. The company has past the certification of quality management system, ISO 90001: 2000 and gained the certification of honored import and export enterprise awarded by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. In 2007 it has accredited as Type A Enterprise. The Group has also been accredited as AAA (1) by the department of Commerce.
