Our pricing policy is at medium to low level, so as to make sure customers will have their profit margins at the utmost level.
Defect rates & Replacement goods policy----our Epson and Canon compatibles are less than 0.05%, black HP, Lexmark, and toners are less than 2%, color HP, Lexmark and toners are less than 3%. If any bad goods happen, we carry on one to one exchange policy, to replace them one to one for customers in next order delivery.
Warrantee period & Payment terms----one year since the date of production, but goods are promised in good condition at least for 2 years. The payment terms in our company are 100% TT in advance, or 30% down payment plus 70% full payment before shipment. Irrevocable L/C at sight is welcome if order over 20,000 USD. Production will start after you fax or scan us the TT copy of payment.
Sample policy----normally sample order has MOQ requirement of 2 pcs per model. For Epson, Canon compatibles and refill ink samples, we can send one set each to customer for free testing, but customer him/herself must bear with the delivery costs. For HP, Lexmark, toners and all any other products we will have sample charges for it.
