Background: Company was originally established in 1990s, the original name is Xinghua Jingwei Pipe-Pulled Factory. In 2004, company co-operated with Jiangsu Suyuan Groups Company, built Xinghua Suyuan Group Pipes Co., Ltd. Then, it became the independent enterprise, renamed Xinghua Suyuan Jingwei Pipes Manufacture Co., Ltd. Now, the company covers an area over 60000 square meters, has 130 employees, 12 middle, senior degree technologists; has assets of over 65 million Yuan; fixed assets of over 18 million Yuan. The annual capacity is 3 thousand Metric Ton.
Equipment: Company has the high-class advanced manufacture equipment. There are 2 sets of LG-60-H style Cold-rolling machines; 4 sets of LG-30-H style Cold-rolling machines; 15 sets of Cold-drawing machines. Besides these, there are Pipes straighten machines, Pipes polishing machines, annealing production line etc. Company can produce Structure and Fluid pipes with hundreds of different diameters and geometry sections. The OD is from 6.00mm to 426.00mm; Thickness is from 1.00mm to 20.00mm. All the products are strictly according to GB13296, GB14975, GB14976, ASTM A213, A269, A270, A312, JIS G3446, G3463, G3467 standards.
