Founded in 1998, we manufacture various types of parts using following process: investment casting, sand casting, die casting and machining. Our products covers automotive, marine, construction machinery, medical machinery and mechanical hardware industries etc. We have the capacity to handle
both large and small volume runs. Our monthly outturn is about 400Ton which is still expanding and our turnover in 2008 is about 10million USD.

We use a broad range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals to cast parts. These include several grades of carbon like 1020, 1025, 4130etc. and alloy steels, austenitic and martensitic stainless steels, brass, bronze, aluminum,zinc.

For the product size we can manufacture is as below:

Investment casting: 0.05~25kg (1.8ounce~55pound)
Sand casting: 1~96kg (2.2~212pound)
Die casting: 0.01~33kg (.35ounce~73pound)

Our company covers 15,000 square meter area and currently has over 200 workers who involve in the production process and all have the skills necessary for the fine detial work. Our 20 technicians have extensive experience with the casting process goes along way towards developing the best, most cost-efficient parts and they can accept CAD information in any form of 2D and 3D files in.stp & .igs format. We have 15 QC staffs and start the quality assurance from incoming raw materials and go through every stage of the casting process. We are ISO9001:2000certificated and work to this standard strictly.
