The registered capital is RMB 129 million yuan, and majority share holding by ZIJIN MINING GROUP CORPORATION, and actual investment reaches RMB 470 million yuan. The company annual production is 20,000 ton of high precision copper alloy strips, mainly of phosphor bronze, zinc white copper, pure copper and connection frames.

The company occupies 13.5 hectares with construction area of 30,000 square meters, and consists of melting and horizontal continuous casting shop, cold rolling shop and auxiliary shop mainly. Key equipment are imported from famous German and Japanese companies, especially 20-hi rolling mill is top up-to-date copper strip processing equipment in the world. The product can be used in electronics, electrics, automobile, decoration etc industries.
