Changzhou Shuangshan Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd., specializes in the production of brake parts and engine mount for most cars and heavy duty vehicles in the world. Shuangshan was founded in 1995, located in Changzhou, which is a very conveniently located city with developed industries.
Our employees are over 360, including 50 senior management personnel and technicians. We cover an area of 14, 000 square meters. Up until now, we have developed more than 1, 500 models of disc brake pads and many brake shoes and linings, more than 600 kinds of engine mounts. We can produce these brake parts and engine mounts for most cars and heavy duty vehicles in the world. We have obtained ISO9001: 2000 certificate, applying for E-mark certification and TS 16949 quality certification.
We have excellent facilities to complete the research and development, production and testing, also we have developed high temperature resistant, wear resistant, pollution-free, non-noise and good stability products by the formulations of semi-metallic, little-metallic, non-asbestos as well as ceramics. We emphasize much on management and process control. Every single piece in the process has to go through strict inspections before going to the next step.
