Posting a buying lead

A buying lead is an invitation to suppliers to send you a quotation. To send a buying lead:

Sign in at My Ecvv, click "Buying Tools" and then click "Post a New Buying Lead."
Fill in the buying lead form with all essential information including your desired product, price and amount.
We suggest you attach a photo of your desired product. Click "Submit" when finished.

Managing Buying Leads

Go to My Ecvv. On your home page or in the "Manage Buying Leads" section, you can view the status of your Selling Leads at any time. They are classified under four sections:

"Editing Required" includes buying leads that have been rejected by Ecvv.com and require editing.

"Approval Pending" includes buying leads that have been posted but have yet to be approved by Ecvv.com. The approval process usually takes 24 hours.

"Approved" includes buying leads approved by and published on Ecvv.com

"Expired" means these buying leads have reached the expiration date. Please note: You are able to edit/delete or re-post only buying leads currently located in "Editing Required" or "Approved" or "Expired" sections.
