No Delivery of Goods After Payment
If you have not received your goods for a long time after full payment, and get no contact from your supplier, you may ask ECVV.com for help. You can email us support@ecvv.com with all evidence supporting your claim - e.g. payment vouchers, correspondences between two parties, etc.
After receiving all the related information of the complaint, we will check and inform you within 2 working days whether it is accepted or not. If accepted, we will inform the complained party to solve this dispute with you as soon as possible.
Here are some tips helping with your dispute:
1. Keep calm and contact your supplier in all methods such as email, MSN, skype, telephone, fax and so on if possible, to discuss your dispute with each other, which may help get a final solution efficiently. Many disputes can often be resolved after direct communication between two parties.
2. Ask relevant public organ for help if you do not get a satisfactory solution from the other party.
