We have one general factory and one branch factory. The general factory produces middle and high quality paint brushes and it can produce 20 million dozens paint brushes per year. The branch factory produces low quality paint brushes and it can produce 10million dozens paint brushes per year. But all of them are good.
Last year, we invested three raw materials factories. One bristles factory in Jiangdu, one hardwooden handle factory in Fujian province, one softwooden handle factory in Jiangsu province. We invest those factories in order to keep the quality of the raw material good. As you know, when we have some small orders ,the raw material factory would not produce for us. So we can produce by ourselves no matter the order is large or small. And the raw materials can be supplied in time. This is the most important affair!
Our factory has our own printing factory and one plastic handle factory. We can print small quantity bar codes and labels for small orders. So this is very convenient. No printing factory would print small quantity bar codes and labels. But we can solve this problems by ourselves. The plastic handle factory can produce all kinds of types of plastic handles. We have more than one hundred types of plastic handle moulds.
And we have import and export license., so we can export directly!
