Ashless Dispersant Intermediate (PIBSA)

  T749 is a polyisobutylene succinic anhydride (PIBSA) derived from 1300 molecular weigth polyisombutylene。It抯 produced via a thermal process. T749 is commonly used as an intermediate in the manufacture of oil soluble dispersants for lubricating oil application and in the manufacturing of emulsifiers.

Handling Precautions/Toxicity
  When handling this product at a maxmum temperature of 82℃ should be observed for storage, unloading and blending. However, it抯 strongly recommended that for long term storage the temperature should not exceed 49℃.Oridinary precautions for handling concentrated chemicals and blending additives into base oil should be observed.
