Disposable Infusion Set: Our disposable infusion set is composed of plastic spike, drip chamber, filter, flow regulator, connector, injection site, PVC tubing, stopper, etc. All of the components can be assembled according to the request of our customers. Every component have different specification that with different price.
As for the individual packing of disposable infusion set, we usually have four choices: HDPE poly bag, LDPE poly bag, blister pack or transparent poly bag with medical paper belt. Secondary packing is poly bag or box and outer packing corrugated carton.
We use EO to sterilize the infusion set for 8 hours. After that, we release the epoxy ethane from the sterile machine.
