HTC offers HV series and UHV series of gate valves and vacuum valve. Gate valves and vacuum valve have two type of manually operated and pneumatically operated. Applications in semiconductor and other processing, and are used most often to isolate pumps and sample entry locks for HV or UHV work chambers. We can be customized for larger or special size gate valves.
