Plush Toy Stuffing Machine Line is assembled with one raw material opening machine, one mini feeder and the stuffer and used for stuffing plush toys. It also can be handled for pillow, quilt and cushion filling. The stuffing nozzle can be exchanged with PVC pipe, so that you can operate it to fill large productions simply.
It will save a lot labor cost by this line as we connected the stuffer to the opener directly. By this way, to have this line you need to configure one air compressor powerful 7.5kw to 11kw.
The whole set can be done by only 3 operators, but the working capacity can be as much as 50 operators hand working.
