Product: JP54 - Fungible aviation kerosene grade 54
Origin:  Russian federation
Quantity: 60 000 000 bbls per month for up to 60 month
Terms  CIF: TBA
Price  USD 60 Gross/ USD 55 Net per bbl
If the crude oil for three consecutive months changes more than +/- 5% the price is renegotiable.
Schedule:  3-6 weeks for first shipment hereafter every 30 days
Inspection: SGS for quantity and Quality
Payment: Irrevocable, Assignable, Divisible, One time transferable, Confirmed Documentary letter of Credit from top 25 ranking World bank
at sight to cover each month shipments and revolving until completion.
PB : 2% of LC value
All documents received by Buyer in this deal will come directly from Seller.

Procedure :

Buyer issues LOI/ICPO on company letterhead with soft probe.
Draft contract within 8 hours for the buyers amends and initials, returned to seller mandate.
Bank-to-bank confirmation of allocation and POF
Final contract and full POP/Payment bank-to-bank or TTM London JP Morgan Chase Bank.
