Procedure (NOT negotiable) :
1. End Buyer who will open L/ C (NOT mandate) issue the ICPO
2. Seller will open the FCO after receiving the ICPO
3. After the confirmation from the buyer on the FCO, the seller will sent the buyer draft contract
4. The buyer should open the BCL after confirming the contract
5. Upon receiving the BCL, the seller will arrange the meeting for the two parties to sign the formal contract.
6. The buyer shall open the formal L/ C
7. The rest as per Contract
