The holographic electroforming systems can be delivered in 3 versions:

The same tank can be used to produce the stamping tool or reproducing silvered master.
It is better keeping one tank for reproducing and another or two tanks producing stamping tool plates.
The silvering progress is done chemically in developing working station (YXHD-300) by means of certain chemicals and a double nozzle spray gun which deposits conductive silver or nickel layer on the surface of the photo resist glass plates. After development that nickel plate can now be replicated generation to generation by electroforming.
The standard tank unit includes rectifiers, filters and chemical pump system, thermostats and heaters system and recording amp/hour meter and auto-control system
The well-builded polypropylene tanks contain approximately 220 liters of formulated Nickelsulfamate solution, which can keep working years.
