This type of machine is versatile and allows to exit at any temperature required, whether for yogurt/cheese processing or fresh pasteurized milk destination
THE PLANT IS COMPOSED OF:
1.1 Balanced tank for milk close type with CIP and of preparation washing solutions, cap. 200 L completely made of stainless steel with scotch bright finish.
The tank is complete with:
- upper hatch
- pipe-fitting of charge and discharge
- sanitary floating device
- feet
1.2 Centrifugal electropump with sanitary impeller completely made of stainless steel; engine at two speed.
1.3.1 Heat exchanger with wrinkled pipe, capacity 5000 L/h with one Heating section.
Specifications:
Multipype type, demountable with TRI-CLAMP connections, internal and external finish with mirror polishing.
1.3.2 Auxiliary tubular exchanger, cap. 5000 L/h with one Cooling section by Recovery;
1.4 Tubular Holding section PARZIALIZZABILE (for alimentary Milk and Yoghurt) built with pipe in stainless steel AISI 304 and equipped with pipe-fittings in entry and outlet and with accessories.
Holding time 20 seconds for Pasteurized Milk. Holding time 60 and 90 seconds for Pasteurized milk for Yoghurt.
1.5 Automatic safety system for insufficient heating composed of:
- pneumatic valve in stainless steel with three directions complete with piloting and driven by the thermo-regulator of pasteurization temperature
1.6 O P T I O N A L Outgas and deodorization plant for milk composed of:
-cilindric tank at vertical axle assembled on feet, completely made of stainless steel, scotch bright finish.

1.7 Equipment for thermic treatment of exchange liquids composed of:
hot water section
-Tank, thermoinsulated, completely made of stainless steel , each of them is equipped with man-hole and threaded junctions. External scotch bright finish
- electrovalve for water inlet with by-pass
- feeler PT100

Note: the water section equipped with level indicator.
- centrifugal electropump for hot water of pasteurization completely in stainless steel, building in closed type with external ventilation.
- brazed welded plate exchanger completely in stainless steel AISI 316 to heat water of pasteurization through steam: it is complete with threaded junctions, of water and steam inlet and outlet.
The exchanger is also equipped with:
- pneumatic valve with automatic working in stainless steel with by-pass and with condensation escape with recovery.
1.8 Control panel built in stainless steel with degree of protection IP 55. Features of the equipments:
- Electrical material of the best make
- Push button protected with casing
- Thermometers and thermoregulators of analogic and digital type
- instrument for temperature recording of electronic type at continuous track with two inputs, programmable, with pre-printed layout of tax data, date and hour. Normal roll for printing on the market.
- All the electronic components are of the best brands in the market like Omron or Siemens. The electrical plant and the different electrical connections are carried out according to the normative. All electrical cables are anti-fire and contained in cable-case race-ways are in stainless steel and opened in accordance to the normative.
1.9 Basement of support for all the equipment that compose the plant, made in tubular with large thickness in stainless steel with glazed finish. The basement lays on feet in stainless steel with adjustable height.
1.10 Preassemblage and interconnections:
All the machines that constitute the plant are fixed at the basement through bolts. The interconnections are made according to the diagram and all accessories that constitute the plant are of first quality. The instruments of control of temperatures and pressures are easy to disassemble in order to facilitate the periodic inspection.
The tube used for milk piping is alimentary type, internally and externally polished; weldings and joinings among the different components are duly carried out with gas inlet to the inside to seal the welding on both parts. All weldings are polished. Water and steam pipes are in stainless steel. The installer is carried out according to the normative 89/392 and the following ones.
In order to change the working cycle, pneumatic valves are installed following
the flow chart. Presence sensors are installed on each milk exit on the selection plate.
The plant of pasteurization is complete also with the following equipments assembled on the basement, with hydraulic and electrical connections :
