Blackening Furnace

* It is a kind of batch furnace . It can do surface treatment, especially surface black oxide coating, for PM iron based components and machined parts, in a van by heated up vapor . It includes furnace chamber, jacking device, ventilated, vapor boiler and temperature control system.

* Cylinder furnace chamber includes furnace shell by steel blank and profilebars, liner by refractory materials. Heating elements are placed on special bricks on liner wall. In the middle there is a van by stainless steelventilated by an electrical fan.

* Temperature control system includes thermal couples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR to realize precise and automatic temperature control.
