Role and mechanism of action:
It effect as steroid-based non-depolarizing muscle relaxants, and play the similar role of vecuronium, but weaker, the statute of limitations is also a little short, do not cause the release of histamine, the basic heart rate and blood pressure had no effect. This product is lower than its onset time of succinylcholine chloride, but it is still the current non-depolarizing muscle relaxant drugs faster varieties.
Usage measures:
Intravenous: adult, 0.6mg/kg.
