H.Vinodrai Texmach (Pvt.) Ltd. takes immense pride in introducing to you Schlafhorst Autoconer GearBox Base PLATE of 338 Machine made of Die Casted Aluminum ALUM9 for All Textile Spinning Units, for Life Long Performance Without any Trouble.
In order to address the requirements of textile manufacturers, through our in-house development, we have developed much improved Gear Box which not only gives long life performance but also to save significant costs.
Advantages of New Design:
Selection and machining of the GearBox Housing Base Plate ensures long term performance.
Design specifications ensures less wear and tear ensuring higher uptime of the machine and therefore higher production.
The gear wheel mounting pins are embedded in the plastic covers instead of base plate. Therefore, because of some reasons, COVER need to be replaced; it can be easily done by replacing only the top plastic cover instead of changing the complete unit or base plate. This saves significant cost.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Company will provide 2 years warranty on the plastic cover.

  Each part is replaceable and therefore no need to buy the complete assembly when there is only one of the parts is broken or damaged.
