PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: ed  matured papaya (solo variety or local variety); property ripened, washed, peeled, sliced and cut into 2x2 cm, with 10% variance for irregular cuts & sizes, mechanically dried using modern steam dryers, no artificial color, with sodium metabisulfite to retain the natural color. Processed according to SGS HACCP and GMP sanitation standards.
INGREDIENTS : Papaya cut size, sugar, sodium metabisulfite (to retain the natural color of papaya)
Color reference: yellow orange to deep orange color.
