1 .Drive decelerate box adopts oiliness oubricated .
2 .Lift-lower of upper corrugated roller, pressure roller and gelatinizing roller are completed by pneumatic control.
3 .Cardboard transmitting method adopts vacuum equipment, keep flute profiles stable of the lower-roller in the condition of running up.
4 .Corrugated , pressure roller axletree adopts high temperature resistant lube.
5 .Gelatinizing parts auto supply glue circularly.
6 .The upper-lower corrugating roller are made of high quality chrome molybdenum alloy steel and heat-treatment. The rigidity is HRC55-62,the surface are whetted.
7 .The gelatinizing part surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chromeplated.
8 .Flute profiles :A.B.C.E etc. available discretionarily.
