WIRE SAW MACHINE

Quanzhou Keen Diamond ToolCo, through years of research and test in the quarries in China and many other countries, a range of diamond wire saw machines for different ornamental stone quarries with power 22KW, 30KW, 37KW, 45KW, 55KW are available. Our wire saw machines are with the funcations as following:

The electrical control system are with PLC and two inverters that allow to variable linear speed of wire from 0-40m/s. The translation and 360 degree rotation of flywheel-holder head are motorized and allow an easy and fast positioning of the machine, as well as the execution of two parallel cuts. All the movement of the machine are motorized and an automatic machanism keeps always constant and programed tension of diamond wire in working conditions. Safety devices that shut off the machine in case of wire breakage, over voltage, over electric current, over heating of motor, incorrect manoeuvres etc. The greatest advantage are safe cutting and good diamond wire durability as well as being user friendly.
