No matter the size of the project, Intertek has the capabilities to meet your testing, evaluation and certification needs.  In each of our fire door testing labs we offer three furnace options: research scale, mid scale, and full scale furnaces, allowing us to test to virtually any size door and frame.  Our research scale furnaces allow us to test doors from 36-48 inches wide x 42 inches tall.  Our mid scale furnaces allow us to test swinging doors measuring up to 7 or 8 feet in height, while our full scale furnaces allow us to test larger doors or door pairs up to 8-10 feet in width and 10 or more feet in height.
