SUOFEI is a professional manufacturer in high pressure die casting aluminum radiators.

The die-cast aluminum radiator use ADC12 aluminium which is the special anti-friction and anti-erosion material for die-casting.

The die cast aluminum radiator is produced by 800T automatic pressure die-casting machines and can one time integrated shape. It is high endurance. The working pressure reaches 1.0-2.0Mpa and the test pressure reaches 3.0Mpa.

Using homogeneous-material welding technique.

Electrostatic epoxy-coated and twice baked in 200oC, the products have smooth, long-lasting and bright surface.

The complete test system ensure the products’ safety and reliability.

The products have good thermal conductivity and the style is simple, good-looking, light and convenient to install, succeeding to European best technique in radiator producing.
