Silo cleaning has become a big headache for most cement, food industries all over the world. Usually it will not cause people's attention until problems appeared such as build up of material, infestation etc. and lost bin capacity. Insect activity within silos is a constant risk and therefore regular or programmed cleaning can maintain maximum silo capacity, operational efficiency, reduce contamination and infestation and enhance quality control.
Normally, companies do the cleanning work by sending people inside the silos to manually shovel, poke or dislodge the built up materials, which is dusty and also very dangerous, many lives lost and injuries were common took place during these operations.
How it works?
* The crew inserts the cleaning heads into the container to be cleaned through existing openings with a diameter as small as three inches. The system is then guided from the exterior.
* The amount of power used for cleaning is controlled by the crew as the cleaning heads are applied to the material buildup. Our cleaning system uses compressed air as a source of power and operates like other pneumatic power tools.
* The powerful cleaning heads are moved great distances inside the container without us having to look.
