Belize Pelican Point Marina & Yacht Club Construction Projects

Hello All,

Our project will consist of 120 luxury condominiums and marina of up to 300 slips on the island of Caye Caulker Belize.

The total project cost is estimated at US$25million with revenues of US$45 million expected from the condominiums sales.  An additional US$10 – 20 million in revenues can be generated from the sale of the slips.

We are completing the environmental impact assessment and about to take it to the next stage and begin negotiations with the banks for the financing of the project and so there is still opportunity for direct investment which would be the preferred option and we are open to a JV arrangement.
