1)Door leaf Door skeleton :Chinese fir + 3mm A grade MDF both sides + natural veneer Wood Panels: 18MM chip board + 2 pieces 18MM Moulded MDF + A glade natural veneer .

Available Veneer : Shapili ,Chinese Birch, Walnut ,Bulbinga /Rosewood , Oak ,Teak ,up to choose of customers. Surface of the door to be perfectly smooth . 2)Frames: Frames to ba made of solid 2 piece good chinese fir wood .A grade natural veneer to be directly overlayed on the frame . Final surface of veneered frame to be perfectly smooth and free of any dents or crack lines .

3)Architraves: Made of chinese fir wood , ply wood with A grade natural veneer . size for right & left side :60*15MM ,for up side : 60*12MM,Final surface of veneered frame to be perfectly smooth and free of any dents or crack lines . 4)Lipping : Lipping to be of solid indonesian merenti wood .Size 40*5MM (Optional) can to be natural veneer

5)Paint: Semi-gloss ,polyurethene lacquer.Total of 5 paint coatings.

6)Moisture Content: Moisture content of fir wood not to exceed 12%

7)Packing: 1 door leaf per strong carton box ,door leaf to be wrapped individually in protective cloth and foam wrapping,with sufficient protector guard for the 4 corners and packed in a strong carton box. 8 )Standard size (L*W*H) door leaf :2100*860*40MM ,door frame 2200*900*300MM ,the thickness of wall not exceed 300MM
