Intelligent battery activation instrument

Intelligent battery activation instrument integrates charge, discharge, activation and test function in one, and can be applied in multi-specification single cell battery or whole group batteries. An instrument has more usage. It is of intelligent three phases charge, constant current discharge. It can activate disabled active material on battery panel and repair bad batteries. So that it can achieve resource regeneration and use, extend the operation life of battery and increase operation efficiency of batteries. All test data include battery voltage, current, operation time, capacity and temperature can be displayed with big LCD, referred with Chinese (English) menu, controlled, tested and displayed intelligent. Test data can be directly uploaded to PC with RS232 interface or transferred to U Disk .Data processing software kit can process collected data and form all kinds of chart. It can provide scientific basis for analyzing battery capability.

l        It can charge, discharge, activate and test to all kinds of single cell battery or several batteries.

l         Constant current discharge: Setting constant current value can’t be changed according to the decrease of battery voltage. It can adjust automatic and achieve constant current discharge.

l         Intelligent three-phase charge mode: It can achieve change automatic function of charge uniform to floating charge and constant current to constant voltage.

l         Dissipation element is of safety, long life and no red hot phenomenon that is adopted metal resistance.

After charging/discharging, test data can be transferred to USB disk or uploaded to PC with RS232 interface, then formed all kinds of charts after processing by data processing software .The batteries capability can be seen clearly.
