MSD series (CIP, SIP and FD type) freeze dryer creates a working environment with temperature of -70 to +120℃. The main chamber can endure the pressure of 0.125Mpa to 0.5Mpa. Humanized intelligent self-diagnostic system monitors the whole process of lyophiliztion. The freeze drying curves and edited in the computer and downloaded to the PLC. The process of operation had been computerized in the human-machine interface, including displaying various process parameters, handling alarming, historic records and production reports. In the meanwhile, a series of interlocking preventive devices are equipped.
