Performance: Filling range: 5-40 ml
Use: This machine can be used to pack sauce seasoning like instant noodle and other half-fluid material.
Feature:
1 .This machine adopts continuous filling machinery composed of rotating adjustable pillar pump, material absorbed vat and mixing equipment. The counting machinery can be used together with magnetic pump, gear pump and rotor pump.
2. The packaging speed of the whole machine can be adjusted by adjustable Zahn speed controller in speed range, to make no class adjustment.
3. Sack length compensation machinery: By intelligent controller, the time length of controlling can be controlled, thus the rubber-surfaced roll can be drawn by packing material to increase or decrease its speed. In this way, the sack length or brand place difference resulted by the process of packaging material running can be compensated.
4. The controller can count product quantity and preset number in-group. When the quantity difference reaches 10 per group, the preset number, it will warn automatically to remind operator.
