Vacuum Brazing Furnace

This series of Vacuum brazing furnace consists of furnace body, vacuum system, water cooling system, inflation system, gas cooling system, electric control system and furnace outer material car etc.

It is mainly used for bright annealing , solid solution and aging, vacuum brazing of products like high-speed steel, high alloy tool or mould steel, electrical magnetic material, nonferrous metal, stainless steel etc and also for the sintering of magnetic mateial.

The utmost vacuum degree can reach up to 4.0×10-3 Pa. The heating chamber uses muti-zone temperature control to meet the requirement of furnace temperature uniformity.

Electric control system has a high automation degree whch is stable and reliable and the furnace can realize fully automatic operation.
