Erythritol
Erythritol is an odorless white crystalline powder, with a clear sweet taste. Formula: C4H10O4 Molecular weight: 122.12 It is approximately 70% as sweet as sucrose and has about 10% the calories of sucrose. It is safe for people with diabete.
