Vacuum Desulfurized Filter

Brief Introduction：It adopts capillary function: only water can pass, air and minerals can not in order to assure non-vacuum loss, therefore consumption and water content of materials are greatly lowered. It is latest high efficient, energy-saving and solid-liquid separating equipment with combination of ceramic micropore, ultrasonic tech and automatic control.

Working Principle:This filter contains rotor, slurry hopper, vacuum system and cleaning system. Under function of vacuum force and capillary function, there will be one layer of materials on surface of the screen board. Filtrate will be discharged to discharging tank via the board, the filter cake will be dehydrated under function of vacuum force. Filter cake will be discharged via scraper then enter into back-cleaning district to clean the board via water or steam, then one circulation is finished. After running 7hours, the filter should be mixed with ultrasonic and acid with low concentration to keep high working efficiency of the filter.
